About
My name is Beverlie Grizzle and my husband and I have been residing in the suburbs of Greensboro,
North Carolina, since 2005.
My formal education was obtained in the Island of Jamaica, the place of my nativity, where I attended The St Jago High School and graduated after obtaining my Senior Cambridge Certificate in 1963. After leaving high school, I entered the Local Government Service and worked in various capacities until my retirement as an Assistant Town Clerk after 20 years of service.
My husband and I together with our children migrated to the USA in 1984 and lived in Fort Lauderdale, Florida for a short period. We later relocated to New York and resided on Long Island.
While in Long Island, I pursued continuing education by completing an Accounting course and with that training I worked in various positions as a Bank Teller, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable clerk.
My husband worked at one of the leading Volvo car dealership in New York for over 10 years and then we opened our own used car and repair shop business. We operated that business for over 13 years after which, we decided to cease doing that business.
Arising from an invitation from one of my friends with whom I attended high school, one lovely summer day in 2004, we paid her a visit in High Point, North Carolina, and on our way we fell in love with the state. We were determined to leave New York and when we informed the members of my family, as you can imagine, they were not happy, but after seeing our determination, they had no alternative but to accept our decision.
We purchased a home in the suburbs of Greensboro and took up residence in this lovely state in 2005. Since our relocation, we have continued to fall in love with the state.
At the moment, I am a student in John Thornhill’s Masterclass program with the intention to become an Internet Marketer.
So far I am enjoying every moment of the training, and I trust that I will be an effective marketer.
