I recently started to learn the art of blogging. I noticed that when my blogs were posted, I was not receiving the regular Google Ads on my site, instead Public Service Ads (PSA) by Google were appearing. In an effort to correct the situation, I needed to conduct research on PSA’s and the policies that govern them before attempting to make corrections.
The search reveal that my URL was blocked, the reason being the presence of Robots.txt Files. I started to panic, on realizing that panic never solves anything, I asked myself if I should consult with a programmer, and also was concerned about the cost since from my vantage point I thought that such cost would be beyond my financial means.

I was pleasantly surprised that although my communication took place on the weekend I was able to leave messages on their Online Services. Although I was a bit skeptical I did leave my messages, and both companies acknowledged receipt of my complaints and promised to take corrective actions. I subsequently received responses to the effect that both companies communicated with each other and were working on the problem.
Within three hours of the report, I received replies from both companies simultaneously advising that corrective measures had been successfully completed. I was reassured by them that my site would be eventually be crawled shortly. I was very satisfied with the professional way in which they both handled my problem.

In my article I made it known that I am a student of John Thornhill’s masterclass program, and as a new student I was concerned as to the reason why the regular Google Adv. had ceased from showing on my blog. This problem was discovered on a weekend, and you can appreciate difficulty in corrective actions taken since operation ceased or the availability of a skeleton staff to attend to emergencies, so I thought that nothing would be done until the following up-coming week. I however, consulted with my coach and my hosting company and apprised them of the situation. The immediate action taken by them was very impressive. Further, they did everything to solve the problem and ease my fears. Their action speaks volumes to me, and as a result I commended them for their service.
With this in mind, I strongly recommend their services to anyone looking or either a coach or a hosting company, as these people are willing to listen and ready to help no matter what the time is.
Trust that my explanation offers some sort of clarity. Thanks for understanding.
